)What do you hope people take away from your stories? I hope that people enjoy the stories and are entertained but also that they will think about them afterwards. I would like my fiction to affect people rather than be completely throw-away.

I've been selling fiction professionally almost since I started writing with the intent of selling it in 1997 as I sold my first two pieces very quickly.
)What are you working on now? I am currently working on The Rat King, the sequel to Changers' Summer and also a military SF novel which is the first in a series about a gentleman thief conscripted into the army.
)What is your guilty pleasure? In terms of books it is J D Robb novels which are unlike anything else I read as I never read Romance novels.
)What were the last five books you read?
